Physical Therapist

Taylor grew up in Leavenworth, Kansas. She completed her undergraduate studies at Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) and the University of Kansas (KU). She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Mary.

Taylor completed a clinical rotation at Children’s Mercy, where she focused on treating patients with Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and Amplified Pain Syndrome. This hands-on experience helped build a strong foundation for her work in the field of physical therapy.

Taylor is passionate about helping patients overcome challenging conditions that impact their daily lives and long-term health. She is especially focused on treating Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) in children, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), scoliosis, ankle sprains, and patellar tendinopathy. She also works closely with overhead throwing athletes—such as those in volleyball, softball, and baseball—as well as individuals recovering from post-operative orthopedic procedures.

Taylor specializes in pediatrics with a focus on general orthopedic conditions. She has developed a particular niche in treating Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome (AMPS), bringing both expertise and compassion to these complex cases.

Taylor enjoys working at KPTP because of the welcoming and positive atmosphere. She values being part of a supportive team of providers who create a fun, inviting environment for every patient who walks through the door.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys playing pickleball, volunteering at her church, baking, and spending quality time with friends.
